General Labourer
Requirements
- 1 year of landscaping experience
- Full G or G2
- Softscaping (Planting, Trimming, Mowing, Mulching, Leaf Blowing & Digging)
- Must have own steal toe boots
- If you have relative trade experience feel free to apply
Working as a General Labourer
- You will work between the hours of 7 am-5 pm, M-F
- You will follow the crew lead instructions and learn from the skilled labourers and lead-hands
- Dig, rake, wheelbarrow materials, carry materials, plant, remove landscape debris & help with cleanup
- Mow, weed whack, trim & use blower
- Help load and unload equipment for the day
- Follow safety guidelines

Schedule:
- 8-12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Skilled Labourer
Requirements
- 2 years of landscaping experience
- Full G or G2
- 2 years of a clean record with truck and trailer
- 2 years of skid steer equipment
- Must have own steal toe boots
Working as a Construction Landscaper
- You will work between the hours of 7 am-5 pm, M-F
- You will follow the Crew Lead instructions and help install blueprint designs for outdoor landscapes
- Be able to carry out tasks at hand with little to no supervision
- Understand drainage, excavation and installation of hardscaping
- Dig, rake, wheelbarrow materials, carry materials, plant, remove landscape debris & help with cleanup
- Help load and unload equipment for the day
- Follow safety guidelines
- Have an understanding of blueprints
- Fences, Decks and wooden gets is an asset
- Being comfortable with driving a truck and trailer
- Operating the skid steers and mini excavator

Lead Hand
Requirements
- 3 years of landscaping experience leading a team
- Full G
- Experience driving with a trailer
- Experince with leading a fence team or sod team
- Must have own steal toe boots
Working as a Lead Hand
- You will work between the hours of 7 am-5 pm, M-F
- You will carry out the planning and execution of landscaping projects
- You will order and manage supplies for the job
- You will lead and train general labourers and skilled labourers on landscaping projects
- Understand drainage, excavation and installation of hardscaping
- Dig, rake, wheelbarrow materials, carry materials, plant, remove landscape debris & help with cleanup
- Experience with stone cuts, mini ex and skid steer is an asset
- Help load and unload equipment for the day
- Follow safety guidelines
- Operating the skid steers and mini excavator
